Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By installing or using WorldClockBar, you agree to these Terms of Service and the End User License Agreement (EULA). If you do not agree, do not install or use the software.

2. License

Subject to these terms, Intelligent Control Technologies LLC grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use WorldClockBar on devices you own or control. See the EULA for full license terms. Purchases made through the Microsoft Store are additionally governed by the Microsoft Store Standard Application License Terms.

3. Acceptable Use

You may not:

• -Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software
• -Redistribute or resell the software
• -Use the software for any unlawful purpose

4. Refunds

Purchases are processed by Microsoft through the Microsoft Store, and refunds follow the Microsoft Store refund policy. Request a refund from the order history in your Microsoft account.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

WorldClockBar is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the software will be error-free or uninterrupted. Timezone data accuracy depends on the Windows timezone database and is subject to change.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Intelligent Control Technologies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the software.

7. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the software after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
